Although a small boy who wears big glasses and a bow tie are always insisting that "There is always only one truth", what is more important the content of the truth is the fact that the truth can be alter its meaning in accord with a viewpoint. For example, as Rab showed me a video whose title is "Nihon no Katachi", I knew it was a video made by a Japanese famous comedian Rahmens so I could laugh at it but if I hadn't known it was a comedy, then I would have been deceived. This is because I have a wrong perception. To avoid a problem like this, one of the solution is to suspect the fact which is highly believed. Distorted broadcasting is one of the instances. Media is no longer a medium which exists between a reason and a result. So, it can also be said that many things are capable of being media. A person can, mirrors can, and almost everything can be a medium and distorts information. So, perception is maybe only a function to distort information. However, just as the angle of view is important in looking at the truth, the angle to distort the information is significant. It is ok to distort information to good direction, and then the activity is no longer a distortion but an appreciation. The key to turn one into the other is correct knowledge.
